Session Fees, Length & Frequency
Fees are set according with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association guidelines. Each session is scheduled for 50 minutes. Weekly sessions are highly recommended in order to achieve greater therapeutic goals.
Insurance
Psychotherapy and Counselling services, provided by a Registered Psychotherapist, may be covered in full or in part by your extended health care plan (private insurance). Please contact your insurance provider to determine the type and extent of your coverage for mental health. As a Registered Psychotherapists, my receipts provide the necessary information required for reimbursement. Each receipt should be submitted by yourself to your private insurance company.
Psychotherapy and Counselling services are not covered by OHIP.

Payment Options
Payment is made in full at the end of each session. Interac e-transfer and PayPal are accepted methods of payment.
Cancellation Policy
48 hours are required to cancel an appointment. You will be required to pay the full fee of a missed session.
